HFS Financial offers personal loans for home improvement projects. According to HFS, you don’t need home equity to apply, checking your rate doesn’t affect your credit score, and prequalification is quick. HFS handles the application and makes the lending decision. Our job is to give you a clear, written estimate and to build the project right.
Financing is optional. Guardian also accepts check, credit card, Zelle and cash, and you can use whichever option fits your budget.
How Financing Works
1. Check your rate
Use our HFS Financial link to answer a few questions and see whether you prequalify. HFS says checking your rate doesn’t affect your credit score.
2. Upload your documents
If you choose an offer, HFS will ask for a few documents to verify your information and finish the application.
3. Get your funds
Once you’re approved, HFS sends the funds directly to you, the homeowner, so you can pay for your project.
