Whole-Home Remodeling in Briarcliff Manor, NY
Westchester Whole-Home Remodeling Service Serving Briarcliff Manor
Complete renovations for Briarcliff Manor homes, coordinated with Village permits, engineering review and noise rules by Guardian.
From Briarcliff Farms to Today
Briarcliff Manor grew out of Walter Law’s Briarcliff Farms estate and was incorporated as a village in 1902. Its housing ranges from early 20th century homes near the old village center to mid-century and newer houses on wooded, sloping lots.
A whole-home renovation in a house like that often touches structure, systems and finishes all at once. Planning them together keeps the job on one schedule and one set of permits.
Sloping lots are common here, so exterior changes can bring drainage and engineering questions, while interior-only renovations stay simpler. We sort out which kind of project you have before design begins.

Kitchens, Baths and Everything Between
This kitchen, with white raised-panel cabinets, crown molding and a dark island, is a Guardian project. In a full renovation we design the kitchen alongside the baths, flooring and trim so the whole house reads as one.
Behind the finishes we update wiring, plumbing and insulation while the walls are open.

Briarcliff Manor Whole-Home Remodeling FAQs
What is the Briarcliff Manor Noise Affidavit?
The Village lists a Chapter 146 Noise Affidavit among its Building Department forms. Larger renovations with sustained construction noise should expect to address it, and we follow the Village’s noise rules on site.
Who reviews site work for a large renovation?
The Village Engineer advises the Planning Board on site plans, and the Village has its own Tree Law. If a renovation includes grading, drainage or tree removal, we account for those reviews early.
Where is the Building Department and when is it open?
The Building and Engineering Department is at Village Hall, 1111 Pleasantville Road (914-944-2770). Regular hours are weekdays 8:30 to 4:30; in summer the office is open Monday to Thursday 8 to 4:30 and Friday 8 to noon.
Does the Village straddle two towns?
Yes. Briarcliff Manor lies partly in the Town of Mount Pleasant and partly in the Town of Ossining, but the Village Building Department issues permits for the whole village.
